Nature

In this assignment I went out and decided to take pictures of nature. At this time of the year, its so easy to find photos of colorful leaves and the sky and that's exactly what I took pictures of. Here is my best photo:

ISO: 1600
Aperture: 1/60
Shutter: f/3.3

After tiny editing, this is how my other photos turned out:

In this assignment I learned how easy and difficult it is to take photos of nature. It was easy at this time because of the leaves changing color and the sky being many different colors at dusk and dawn. It was also difficult because I chose a bad time to take photos(at night) so the photos didn't turn out to be the best of my liking. Overall, I believe my photos turned out well.

Panoramic

In this assignment we were instructed to take four pictures in a row and then put together in photo shop to create a panoramic. I went around the school and took pictures in various places. After much editing, this is how they turned out:

In this assignment I learned how to take panoramic using 4 photos instead of just one. I also learned the use of the tripod instead of just the use for filming.

Exposure: 1/500 sec
ISO: 80
Shutter: f/2.8

During this assignment, I learned many ways to take awesome photos of things in motion. I learned that using different shutters makes the picture darker but changing the exposure and ISO makes that better. Motion pictures are really fun to take and I'll probably take them in the future.

This was our very first photo assignment. In this assignment I chose to do people because I found it was an easy way to start. I took pictures of my friend shooting baskets and tried different exposures.

Exposure: 10/10 sec
ISO: 400
Shutter: f/3.3

During this assignment, I learned how to add detail to a picture with people as the main focus. In my assignment, I used motion to add more detail and excitement to my photo. I felt this assignment went well but could have been better if I took these photos during the day.

With taking photos of people, I hope to take well designed portraits while adding an intense background to the picture. It will be difficult at times, but if I'm successful, the picture will turn out to be very cool. I'm going to take many pictures of my friends and family, hoping to take well thought out pictures.
